Public Hearing/Special Meeting

February 24, 2005

Present for Roll Call: Bausano, Bonenfant, Lanctot and Rastello.

Absent: Harju, Junot and Koskiniemi.

Guests: Paul Baroni, Daniel Mukavetz, Edward Sever and Edward M. Vertin.

The public hearing was called to order in the Village Council Chambers by President Bausano at 5:00PM. There were no comments from the audience except Village Administrator Vertin who pointed out some changes in the street funds due to transfers. A change was also made in the General Fund for parts.

At 5:15PM, a motion was made by Bonenfant and seconded by Lanctot to close the public hearing.

Present for Roll Call: Bausano, Bonenfant, Lanctot and Rastello.

Absent: Harju, Junot and Koskiniemi.

The special meeting was called to order by President Bausano at 5:15PM.

A motion was made by Rastello and seconded by Bonenfant to amend the budget for 2004-05. Carried 4-0. A motion was made by Lanctot and seconded by Rastello to approve the budget for 2005-06. Carried 4-0.

At 5:17PM, a motion was made by Bonenfant and seconded by Lanctot to adjourn.
