Budget Hearing/Special Meeting

Thursday, February 26, 2004

Present for Roll Call: Bausano, Harrell, Junot, Lanctot, Rastello, Turner and Zei.

Guests: Jon Koskiniemi, Garrett Neese, Sarah Philamalee, Susan Schumacher, Sharon Turovaara, Edward M. Vertin, Ed Yarbrough, and Daniel Zubiena.

The Budget Hearing was called to order in the Village Council Chambers by President Harrell at 5:30PM.

Village Administrator Vertin answered questions from the council and the audience regarding the budget. A motion was made by Rastello and seconded by Bausano to close the Budget Hearing at 5:45PM. Carried 7-0.

Present for Roll Call: Bausano, Harrell, Junot, Lanctot, Rastello, Turner, and Zei.

The Special Meeting was called to order in the Village Council Chambers by President Harrell at 5:45PM.

A motion was made by Bausano and seconded by Junot to amend the 2003-04 budget and approve the budget for 2004-05. Carried 7-0.

Since this is Trustee David Zei’s last meeting, President Harrell thanked him for serving on the council.

The meeting adjourned at 5:50PM.
