Public Hearing/Special Meeting

Present for Roll Call: Bonenfant, Harrell, Johnson, Lutz, and Zei.

Absent: Bausano and Twardzik.

Guests: Edward M. Vertin and Dan Zubiena.

The Budget Hearing began at 5:30PM. ÝVillage Administrator Vertin answered questions from the council regarding the proposed budget for 2002-2003.

The Budget Hearing closed at 5:45PM.

The special meeting was called to order by President Bonenfant at 5:45PM.

Present for Roll Call: Bonenfant, Harrell, Johnson, Lutz and Zei.

Absent: Bausano and Twardzik.

The purpose of the special meeting was to approve the proposed budget for 2002-2003.Ý A motion was made by Johnson and seconded by Lutz to approve the proposed budget for 2002-2003.Ý (A copy of the budget follows the minutes).

Carried 5-0.

The meeting adjourned at 5:47PM.
