Special Council Meeting

Thursday, December 27, 2001

Present for Roll Call: Bonenfant, Harrell, Johnson, Lutz, Twardzik and Zei.

Absent: Bausano.

Guest: Edward M. Vertin.

The meeting was called to order in the Village Council Chambers at 5:33PM by President Bonenfant.

The purpose of this special meeting was to discuss Police and DPW Union negotiations.

At 5:35PM, a motion was made by Harrell and seconded by Johnson to enter in to executive session to discuss Police and Union negotiations.Ý Carried 6-0.

The regular session resumed at 6:17PM.

Present for Roll Call: Bonenfant, Harrell, Johnson, Lutz, Twardzik and Zei.

Absent: Bausano.

A motion was made by Johnson and seconded by Harrell to approve Employee Benefits Agency as our Blue Cross/Blue Shield agent of record.Ý Carried 6-0.

The meeting adjourned at 6:19PM.
