Special Council Meeting

Monday, February 21, 2005

Present for Roll Call: Bausano, Bonenfant, Junot, Koskiniemi, Lanctot (4:05PM), and Rastello.

Absent: Harju.

Guests: Paul Baroni, Jon Koskiniemi, Edward M. Vertin, and Daniel Zubiena.

The special meeting was called to order in the Village Council Chambers by President Bausano at 4:00PM. The purpose of this special meeting was for a budget work session.

Village Administrator Vertin went through the budgets for all of the funds and answered questions as they arose. He felt that there is enough money in the Water Fund to do a project this summer. The Streets/Equipment/Sanitation committee will work on this over the next couple of months.

After all of the year-end figures are available, transfers from the General Fund to the Public Improvement Fund will be looked into.

In order to monitor the budgets more closely, monthly statements will be distributed to the council.

At 5:41PM, a motion was made by Lanctot and seconded by Koskiniemi to adjourn.
