Public Hearing/Special Meeting

Thursday, June 24, 2004

Present for Roll Call: Bausano, Harrell, Junot, Koskiniemi, Lanctot, and Rastello.

Absent: Lanctot and Turner.

Guest: Edward M. Vertin.

The public hearing was called to order in the village council chambers by President Harrell at 5:15PM.

Village Administrator Vertin answered questions from the council on the proposed millage rate. At 5:30PM, a motion was made by Koskiniemi and seconded by Junot to close the public hearing. Carried 5-0.

The special meeting was called to order in the village council chambers by President Harrell at 5:30PM.

Present for Roll Call: Bausano, Harrell, Junot, Koskiniemi, Lanctot and Rastello.

Absent: Lanctot and Turner.

The purpose of this special meeting was to adopt the millage rate for 2004-05. The resolution for millage was presented to the council. (A copy follows the minutes). A motion was made by Rastello and seconded by Bausano to approve the millage rate as presented. Carried 5-0.

At 6:50PM, a motion was made by Junot and seconded by Koskiniemi to adjourn.
