Fall Sound Bath for Kids & Caregivers

Come slow down, get cozy, and experience the soothing magic of sound together! This gentle, playful sound bath is designed especially for children ages 4–12 and their caregivers. Through calming sounds, vibrations, imagination, and relaxation, we’ll create a peaceful space to pause, connect, and enjoy a little autumn stillness.

No experience needed—just bring a cozy blanket, pillow, stuffed animal, or anything that helps your child feel comfortable. Caregivers are invited to relax and receive the experience alongside their little ones.
