Memorial Day 5/25/26

The Village Hall will be closed on Monday 5/25 in honor of Memorial Day.

Spring Clean Up 5/4/26

Sanitation crew will be picking up residents leaf and brush piles throughout the month of May (and possibly into June) on Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays.

Please place brush piles on the road close to the curb. Do not bag.

Larger branches must be cut into 4 feet sections.

ANNUAL VILLAGE ORDINANCE CODE ENFORCMENTS 4/27/26

The purpose of this notice is to provide all Laurium residents a courtesy heads ups that the Village’s Code Enforcement Officer will be completing annual code enforcements around the end of May and will be reviewing the following common violations:

•Ordinance 140: Yard Maintenance

•Ordinance 141: Fences, Wall & Hedges (sec. 4)

•Zoning Ordinance 2.14: Junk / Rubbish

•Zoning Ordinance 2.17: Motor Vehicles, Boats, Machinery & Rec. Vehicles

•Zoning Ordinance 2.21: Outside storage of Rec. Vehicles
